Blending the drone and gloom of bands such as Cult of Luna, Swallow the Sun, and Neurosis with downtuned riffs reminiscent of Crowbar and Old Man Gloom, VYGR (pronounced ‘Voyager’) adds their own experimental, space-oriented sound to create a crushingly heavy soundtrack for altered states of mind.
As for me, this album is one of few best post-metal releases in 2011. So deep, so atmospheric, and ,of course, so metal :)

There is relatively little information out there currently about new-ish, thinking-man's metal group Dead To A Dying World. Considering the Dallas band began streaming its debut full-length earlier this week on Myspace that ought to change soon. Who wouldn't clamor to find out as much as possible about a band that can combine everything from neo-classical, black metal, crust punk, and doom in three songs that are epic as an assault on Mordor, free of gimmickry, and surprisingly refined? I don't know that I've ever heard metal like this, hell, music like this period come out of Dallas. And with the group's debut, double-LP produced by Kylesa's Phillip Cope, this has quickly become one of the fall's most anticipated releases. Give them a listen, and welcome Halloween.

CunninLynguists - this is hip-hop crew from the American South, where everyone involved in both the lyrics and prodakshenom. The group includes: Deacon the Villain, Kno and Natti. To say that this trio - the guru of hip-hape - to say nothing. Quite smooth and quality album - the guys do not change yourself, do not change the style and not flirting with the newfangled trends like reverb on the vocals so dabstepovskih sound.
Well, perhaps the biggest hit album, from which just go crawl - so it is perfect and beautiful : Cunninlynguists - Stars Shine Brightest.

Anaal Nathrakh are typically described as black metal, despite eschewing the aesthetic of many black metal bands, such as dressing in a casual manner, as opposed to the corpsepaint and spiked leather clothing traditionally favoured by the black metal subculture. The band does not publish their lyrics.
Anaal Nathrakh, like many black metal bands, draw much inspiration from the writings of Friedrich Nietzsche, exemplified by such song titles as "Human, All Too Fucking Human" and "Revaluation of All Values". All of Anaal Nathrakh's music is written, recorded and produced by Mick Kenney.
